This year, JW Insurance is launching a new proxy company: JW Volmacht BV. For the digital backbone, the organization consciously opts for Novulo's insurance platform. In doing so, JW Volmacht offers its customers a modern, flexible digital experience and gets full control over products, processes and customer communication. The implementation is done by Insurance Data, Novulo's implementation partner. With Novulo, JW Proxy gets a flexible insurance platform for back, mid and front office. The platform enables the organization to easily configure and manage insurance products, flexibly organize processes, automate workflows and streamline communication across channels. For customers, this means that they can take out a new insurance completely digitally, with minimal manual processing and a fast and error-free experience.
The choice for its own proxy company came from restrictions in the existing situation. “The market is digitizing faster than our systems could handle,” says Remco Teerhuis, initiator. “With our own power of attorney and Novulo's platform, we are now consciously opting for direction and space for innovation. We can now respond more quickly to customer needs and market developments, without dependence on third parties.”
After discussions with several software suppliers, the choice fell on Novulo. “What immediately appealed to us was the modular architecture and the freedom to customize the platform,” says Dennis Spaan, technical responsible at JW Power of Attorney. “The extensive library of components specific to proxy companies offers us an experience that works right out of the box, but with plenty of room to further expand or adapt processes and products.”
JW Power of Attorney starts with a clear proposition: business motor insurance. Within four months, the application will be delivered and the first policy can be taken out.
Dennis Spaan: “The foundation has already been laid: our team has completed the first training courses and the basic application is in place. It's cool to see how quickly we have something up and running and how thoughtfully the platform has been built. No outdated remote desktop solutions, but a modern web-first platform where workflows, communication, and data links are standard.”
With this step, JW Proxy lays a firm foundation for the future. “What our customers will notice immediately is the speed and flexibility with which we can respond to their needs,” says Remco Teerhuis. “And this is just the beginning. With the Novulo platform, we can gradually expand our product offerings to other insurance categories while continuing to refine and personalize the customer experience.”
