Elsewhere in the company, the entrepreneur also expects to be able to improve efficiency. “We're going to scan all packages and work with digital packing slips, because people want everything digital these days. Due to the broad nature of the Novulo platform, we can also get started in billing, for example, by linking with the bank and the automated processing of payment reminders and reminders. In that regard, I expect the continued development of the software on a new platform and also the support of a supplier of considerable size.”
