One of the largest horse top sporting events in the Netherlands. Every year, the beautiful landscape of Twente is the setting for a few days of high-level performance. Top riders from all over the world come to the East Netherlands with their horses to participate in one of the world's best Militaries. The Military is not only a must for participants. Visitors from all over the Netherlands and abroad also travel to Boekelo to enjoy Top Sport, Business & Pleasure. A brisk walk through nature, enjoy extraordinary sports performances, stroll around the Autumn Fair and drink an Autumn Goat in the Military Café with its own public terrace. It's all possible during Military Boekelo - Enschede.
The reason for the cooperation with the Military was the manual registration of orders and agreements in response to e-mails and phone calls, which in practice was a labour-intensive and error-prone activity. Partly due to the size of the event, De Military had a great need for professionalism and efficiency, which is why they looked for opportunities to modernize communication and working with the sponsors and to reduce the administrative burden surrounding registration.
With our components, we were able to provide an administrative system in a short time in order to achieve the desired optimization.
For the Military events, the Military business office manages the registration, various sales, purchases and invoicing of the sponsors. A sponsorship agreement is automatically drawn up for the sponsor's orders and purchases with the agreements made. Clear lists of all sales and purchases such as the hospitalities, flags, boarding, entrance tickets, hospital furnishing and technology are automatically created so that the entire event can be coordinated. In case of changes, these lists are always up to date. The Military also manages the registration and organization of the Autumn Fair.
This allows the Military to see at a glance what has been sold and purchased and can thus easily keep an eye on the targets. It is also possible to easily and automatically draw up an invoice in your own corporate identity for each relationship.
