Senior Implementation Consultant Insurance

What will you do?

As an Implementation Consultant, you are the driving force for our customers and partners in implementing the Novulo platform. Our revolutionary Application Composition Platform enables innovative intermediaries, MGAs, service providers, and insurers to compose their own policy administration and related processes.

We ensure you become fully familiar with our technology. Your technical expertise, combined with strong communication skills, ensures seamless platform implementations.

In practice, this means:

• Developing new functionalities using low-code
• Designing and shaping migration strategies
• Onboarding partners and customers
• Composing and configuring components
• Managing data conversions
• Rolling out updates
• Working with REST APIs and integrations

You collaborate closely with your Novulo colleagues as well as business and IT specialists on the client side.

Who are we looking for?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Information Technology or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, with strong knowledge of business processes
• At least 6 years of proven experience in software implementation
• Experience in software development is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic scale-up environment
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
• Clear communicator, results-driven and customer-focused
• Well-organized, proactive, and resilient under pressure
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
