Currently you are working on the Novulo Platform. This is our intern application, completely designed and developed by ourselves.
The Novulo Platform distinct fundamentally from software packages or traditional software development and even extends beyond Rapid Application Development (RAD), Model Driven Development (MDD), Low code or aPaas platforms. It presents a paradigm shift in software development compared to any traditional software development or platform.
The essence consists of an additional abstraction layer over the models, enabling seamless integration of component-models into one integrated (business)application. These components are re-usable and are individually supported (maintained). The application-model maintains its references to the component-models so that these can be updated. A plug-in system enables development of (specific) functionality in C# and JavaScript and load this functionality in a component-model as a plug-in. The .NET application is fully generated from the application-model
The technology is proven in complex and business critical processes with large numbers (multiple thousands) of users and heavy performance requirements. Because the components are deployed and used in many different applications, the functionality is proven in practice. Since only the selected components are integrated, there is no overhead due to superfluous unused functionality.
