Ready For Use

In this section, you will find a few 'ready for use' systems. These systems are designed and build for certain specific purposes and are ready for deployment. For each system you can login to a demo environment to try the specific functionalities.

List of Ready For Use systems

• Contracten (only Dutch) - Contract Management system

  This Contract Management system provides an online platform to keep track of all your contracts and commitments. By registering all clauses of each contract with a specified enddate and period of notice, you will gain a better insight in your obligations and will be notified when a deadline approaches.

• Detachering (only Dutch) - Hour Registration system

  This Hour Registration system is an online software package for the administration of the time worked by professionals which are hired to certain employers. The contract between the employer and professional forms the basis for the time registration: the professional has to specify the hours worked on a weekly basis. After that the employer must approve the submitted registrations before further administrative processing can take place.

• Debtormanagement (only Dutch) - Debtor Management system
  Debtor-Online provides an online solution for credit management and debtor administration. With this application your account- and salesmanagers will get a better insight in the open invoices of their customers. It also is equipped with a module for complaint registration, which can stimulate a better relationship with your customers and ultimately a better cash-flow.
• Projectmanangement 1 (only Dutch) - Project Management system

  This Project Management system provides online access to all necessary projectinformation: relations, general project info, resources, activities, budgets, time consumed and invoices. In this system chances for new projects can be defined on the basis of certain services and/or products. Because of the pre-definition of the services and products with their standard phases and activities, chances can later be transformed to new projects with all activities and phases, ready for use. Equipped with the functionality for hour registration, projectmanagers can keep track of the hours spent and thus guard the budget of the project.

• Projectmanagement 2 (only Dutch) - CRM and Project Management system

  This second Project Management system is also a web application for project administration, but provides more functionality for CRM. Leads and opportunities can be created which ultimately can be converted into new relations and projects. Furthermore, the availability of employees and detailed planning for every activity of a project provides in an easy to use resource planning functionality. Hour registration and invoice generation makes this application to a very complete solution for your project management.
