Demo Contract Management
The Contract Management solution is provided free-of-charge to Novulo developers. It can be used as development resource or can be added as fully-functional module in your own Novulo applications.
Functionality
The contract management system allows you to manage your sales (sell) and purchase (buy) contracts to avoid
unnecessary renewals, or to spot sales opportunities on time. Every contract is linked to a company (customer or supplier)
and to an employee who is responsible for the contract. Eventually the contract can be split up into clauses to manage
specific parts of the contract. You can add tasks to clauses to make sure specific obligations are met (compliance) or
options can be timely executed.
How is it Build?
This system is 100% designed in Novulo. So no custom code is written.
Key Features:
- Filtering Data - Dashboard shows an overview of my tasks which are not completed
- Advanced Functions - If a task is not completed and overdue, it will be marked as ‘overdue’
- Graphs - The implementation of bar & pie graphics
- History - Information about the creation date, creator, last modified etc.
- Settings For Master Data - Implementation of tab-groups and dynamic dropdowns for default values
