Demo CRM
The CRM solution is provided free-of-charge to Novulo developers. It can be used as development resource or can be added as fully-functional module in your own Novulo applications.
Functionality
The CRM system shows how easy it is to register, trace and assign possible leads, accounts and contactpersons.
Employees can add new leads by entering information about the company ánd the contact, and assign
the lead to an employee. Leads can be converted to a new contactperson which is automatically linked to the new account.
For each account basic information and contact-information can be entered, and accounts have one or more contactpersons and addresses. Furthermore, accounts can be assigned to employees, just like leads.
The CRM system also allows you to register activities or notes with an expiry-date. Unfinished activities will appear in the dashboard of the assigned employee. Also, the system provides several overviews which only presents the leads, accounts, contactpersons or activities assigned to the current user.
How is it Build?
This system is 100% designed in Novulo and uses some advanced features ,
but no custom code is used.

- Conditional visibility - Show extra fields when referral information is required for a lead

- Converting objects for workflow purposes - Converting a lead into both an account and contactperson
- Setting default values for Elements - Setting a default value in a dynamic dropdown for account type
- Setting values in Flow - Automatically set current user as selected value in the 'assigned to' field of a new activity
- Representing and editing data on top-level (first page) - Employees can change their personal settings directly on the home-page
